About Delta Cement Company

Delta Cement Company Limited is a private company licensed by the Kurdistan Regional Government of Iraq since 2006. The Delta Cement plant was built by Sinoma (a Chinese company) in 2014. The plant is strategically located on the Sulaymaniyah-Kirkuk road in Iraq, enabling us to establish an efficient distribution system covering the entire country, with an annual production capacity of 4 million tons.
