The Cement Producers Association in Iraq held a meeting with representatives of Sinoma Suzhou (China), Mr. Chin Jin and Mr. Cruise, in the presence of Eng. Ammar Al-Saedi and Dr. Maher.
The meeting included a presentation of the outcomes of the meetings held with Sinoma, as well as the results of the conference convened on 6 December 2025 in Sulaymaniyah.
Discussions focused on the decarbonization roadmap for the cement industry, in addition to proposed training programs for students and cement plant workers to support skills development and capacity building in the sector.
This meeting reflects the Cement Producers Association in Iraq’s commitment to international cooperation, sustainability, and workforce development within the cement industry.
